- theoretical perspectives and models concerning teamwork and collaboration within and between professions and organisations
- the role of the service user/patient in collaboration
- professional and multi-professional teamwork in terms of role, identity and power
- team development and team collaboration within and between various organisations
- current research on teamwork in developing organisations
- future challenges for teamwork in developing organisations

The course is a web-based course and implemented through online distance learning.

The applicant must hold the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (i.e the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) within health and caring sciences, behavioural science, social work, or educational sciences (eller motsvarande kunskaper).

Examination of the course will be based upon seminars and a written assignment.

A university assistant professor/senior lecturer serves as the course examiner.
