On completion of the course, the student should

- have knowledge of key theories in the field of group dynamics
- have knowledge of the leader's influence on group dynamics
- demonstrate knowledge of how group dynamics affect the working results and climate.
- demonstrate knowledge of different explanations of the basic reasons for the issue of sustainability.

- demonstrate the ability to select appropriate methods and tools for compositing in assembly of rendered material, and to identify the basic requirements for photorealism.
- demonstrate the ability to analyze their own membership and describe potential improvements to the group's common goals.
- demonstrate the ability to identify and assure the quality of own material
- be able to apply basic knowledge in multi-pass compositing
- demonstrate the ability to produce basic artifacts in digital and analog format.
- demonstrate skills to make a simpler time estimation based on fundamental elements within compositing

This course is a continuation of Compositing I and focuses on specialised knowledge of compositing in assembly of rendered material while higher demands on quality of delivery. The course covers basic group dynamics and leadership that will be used in future courses of On Set Supervision.
The course covedrs the first part of three in the sustainable development for the area CGI.
The course contains the following elements:
- Workflow and hierarchy within CGI production
- Group dynamics and communication
- Workflow between compositing 3D and compositing
- Quality Assurance
- Time estimation
- Basic rendering theory

The teaching is conducted in English.

General entry requirements and completed the course in Compositing I, 9 credtits (or the equivalent).

The course is graded 5,4,3 or Fail.

The final grade for the course is based upon a balanced set of assessments.
